The Parliamentary system has no run-off elections. It is first past the post. because of this it is possible to win a seat with 18% if the other 5 candidates each get 16.4% of the vote. A block that represent 2% of the population has the ability to sway election results. It is estimated the Muslim population in 2022 is 4%. 66% of the Islamic community live in the three provinces that dictate Canadas election result because they control 237 seats out of a total of 342.
