Islamic Method to Kill Homosexuals. In Islam there is no stipulated or preferred method to kill homosexuals. Rather, there is diversity of opinion on the appropriate method to be used. However, all schools of Islam, Shia and Sunni, agree that the killing of homosexuals is beyond debate or question. This has been Islamic doctrine since the time of the Prophet Mohammad PBUH.

There are some people that prefer to believe Islam is a spiritual movement separate from politics. However there is evidence that lends credence to the argument that Islam is primarily a political movement that contains a religious component.

Islamic Party of Ontario is founded on
and will be guided in its policy formation by the following
principles:
-Canadian Charter of Rights and
Freedoms starts with, “Whereas Canada is founded upon principles
that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law.” The
Islamic Party of Ontario believes in “Supremacy of God” and
understands that it is our constitutional requirement to make all the
rule of laws of Provinces and Federal in obedience and according to
the will of God.
– Believing in God’s Supremacy
means believing in His Oneness, His Authority, and His Obedience in
all spheres of life.
-God is Himself the GUIDE to set
fundamental principles of the outlook of life and practices in
private to public life –political, social, education, economy,
health, environment, and the justice system. In Quranic term, it is
known as DEEN.
-God sent Adam to Muhammad (peace be
upon all of them), 124,000 messengers and prophets in different eras,
nations, and tribes with one DEEN (system of life); that is “Islam”.
-The word Islam means “surrender”
and “peace”. That means Islam requires surrender to God to attain
peace. This is the DEEN taught by all the messengers and prophets
from God and to all the nations.
-The DEEN of Noah (Nooh), Abraham
(Ibrahim), Isaak (Ishaq), Ishmael (Ismail), Jacob (Yaqub), Jonah
(Yunus), Moses (Musa), Jesus (Eisa), and Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) are the
same, and that is Islam. These messengers are all brothers and sent
from the same God.
-Islam is the only and oldest DEEN of
GOD brought and started by Adam (p.b.u.h.), the first man and the
first messenger of God, created by God without mother and father. It
is the same DEEN brought by Jesus (p.b.u.h.) before Muhammadﷺ
who born without father. It is a misconception that Islam is a
“religion” created by Muhammad ﷺ.
Islam is the only way to attain peace and justice and provides laws
without any prejudice.
–We understand and believe that Islam
is the native DEEN of Ontario and Canada.
-All the books were revealed: Vedas
(oldest scripture after the flood that destroyed whole world except
Noah and his followers) probably revealed to Noah, Tawrāt (or Torah)
revealed to Moses, Zabūr (or Book of Psalms) revealed to Daud, Injil
(or Gospel), revealed to Jesus, and finally Qur’an, revealed to
Muhammad (peace be upon all of them) are from the same source, Allah
(God).
-Qur’an is the latest and final
edition of divine books that provides complete guidance to all
mankind in all walks of life that include politics and governance
under the belief of Supremacy of God. This is the only book of God
now that is available in original and complete form without mixing of
any human words and errors. All other books are either changed,
distorted, and available in different versions and not available in
its original form, text, and language. Qur’an is in 100% original
and pure form. The language in which it revealed is alive, and
hundreds of thousands of people from the very beginning memorized
full Qur’an, and that memorization continues. In Ontario alone, you
can find several hundred or maybe above a thousand who have memorized
the full Qur’an in Arabic as it was revealed.
The latest, revised, and final edition
of the divine book (Qur’an) confirms the previous teachings of the
Books. All other Books of God are now obsolete after the final
revelation of God, the Quran.
-There is no Messenger or Prophet of
God after Muhammad (peace be upon him). He is the final Messenger of
God for all human beings and all the nations till Qiyamah (doomsday).
Allah and His Messenger ﷺ completed and
perfected the DEEN (Islam) and made it easy to practice for all.
“This day I have perfected for you
your DEEN (a way of life), and have bestowed upon you My bounty in
full measure, and have been pleased to assign for you Islam as your
DEEN.” (Al-Qur’an 5:3)
-The practices of Messenger of Allah,
Muhammad ﷺ; his deeds, words, actions in
private and public life were all directly guided from Allah. In
Quranic terminology, it is called “Sunnah”.
-Qur’an and Sunnah are the two
sources of guidance given by God, the Creator of human beings and the
whole universe, to shape our private and public life both.
-Islamic Party of Ontario sets its
policy of governance, economy, social justice, human dignity,
healthcare, family life, environment, and justice, etc. according to
the Qur’an and Sunnah.
-Islamic Party of Ontario believes in
the rights and freedoms of all faith and religious beliefs to
practice their faith in their private lives, and the establishment of
places of worship with full protection of life, wealth, and dignity.
– To achieve the objective, Islamic
Party of Ontario will follow the peaceful and democratic means
provided by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom.
-All human beings are equal and sons
and daughters of same father and mother, Adam and Eve. The better
among us are those who have more fear of Allah (loves God and fully
obey Him); a person of character.
– The relationship established under
a marriage contract is a sacred union between a man and a woman. God
made Adam and Eve –not Adam and Steve.
– All the people of Ontario and
Canada, aboriginal, native or immigrants (old and new immigrants)
have the same rights, responsibilities, and opportunities.
-The right of all to have food,
clothing, and shelter with dignity to all.
-Interest-free capital and worker
partnership economy; neither capitalism nor communism.
– Freedom of the individual,
including freedom of speech, religious practices, worship, and
assembly.
–Neither right nor left, Islam is the
straight path. It balances human life.
-Upliftment of the deprived and weak
communities.
POLICIES:
Social:
Family System has to be restored to
protect the generations to sustain human beings on earth until its
natural ends.
Marriage is a sacred union between a
man and woman. The birth of babies of next generation and survival of
human species depends on this institution. Majority of Ontarians and
Canadians living as single moms and dads are affecting the sound
healthy growth of children. If the situation continues, this society
will rely hundred percent on immigrants and from the nations where
the traditional family system is protected. The Canadian family
system and marriage institution must be restored for the survival of
coming generations.
The sexual relationship is only between
men and women. This relationship should be protected with a marriage
contract by clearly defining rights and responsibilities of both man
and woman. They must have to take responsibility for family care and
children nourishment. The government should be supportive of this
responsible family. They should be given privilege and affordable
housing for healthy living and nourishment.
Allah has created two genders: men and
women. Any physical defect in any organ of a person doesn’t change
one’s gender identification and sexual orientation. All the
communities of all the faiths believe in it; modern science proves
it. The concept of “gender identity” or “seven-colour gender”
is a false concept.
The relationship established under a
marriage contract is a sacred union between a man and a woman. God
made Adam and Eve –not Adam and Steve.
No artificial and irresponsible
approach to stop the birth of children at any stage should be
allowed. We believe in a complete ban on abortion except in a
situation when a mother’s life is in danger.
Measures should be taken to stop
suicide, including doctor-assisted suicide of patients. All life is
precious and trust of God. No one has the right to take his own or
another’s life due to depression or disease. It is only God who
gives life and can take back the life whenever He wants.
Obscenity, vulgarity, nudity, and
perversion must be checked.
Liquor, drugs, adultery, gambling, etc.
should be banned in society.
Promoting a generous, loving and caring
society, we will build a respectful society for parents, elders,
children, youth, men, and women.
Education
Bring an education system that is best
for this world and hereafter.
Schools should be teaching the
attributes of the utmost best character. The education system should
be a character building system and a process to produce the “person
of character”.
The purpose of education should no more
be just for a professional or material gain; it should also be a
moral and spiritual upliftment. This concept will change the
environment of the school and the classrooms and also the characters
of students, teachers, and all the people that are involved in this
system. Our education system should provide an environment of peace,
love, respect, brotherhood, sisterhood, amity, harmony, kindness,
helping and complementing each other, generous, self-control,
open-mindedness, and easy acceptance of truth.
An education system that develops
creativity, leadership, and responsible and loving, caring, and
family-oriented persons. They should be fruitful for the society and
give back something to this world and coming generations.
The experience and surveys show that
“boy only” and “girl only” schools produce much better
results. We will support a gradual transition from co-education to
gender-specific schools.
Government funding to all faith-based
schools with the freedom of conscience and religion (guaranteed by
Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom) must be granted.
Economy
A just economic system; neither
capitalism nor communism.
In a just society, it is not possible
that one section of the society is super rich and other section of
the society is super poor. Please check Qur’anic principles of
spending: sadqah (charity), and interest-free economy.
Interest-free economy: Interest is the
main source of exploitation. It sucks the blood of the poor (labor,
worker) to establish a class of super-rich. Islamic economy
facilitates to balance it and provides a culture of charity and human
brotherhood and sisterhood. A person who has more than his/her needs
will be encouraged to give to others to develop private businesses.
If a person is not ready to give, then he or she should share
(justifiable) in profit and loss but should never lend money on
interest.
Recession and slowing in the economy
will only be avoided in an interest-free economy and capital-worker
partnership finances, where circulation of money will never be
stopped.
The finances of businesses and banks
will be managed with labour-capitol partnership and share in profit.
Ontario is the second largest province
in area in Canada, and Canada is the second largest country in area
in the world. It has vast unused land. Despite this fact, the
majority of people don’t have their own homes. Laws should be made
to break the chain of controls that maximize the price of the home.
Less tax, small but efficient
government.
Food, clothing, shelter, and dignity
for all.
International new markets should be
founded and developed for Ontario and Canada and pursue gradual
freedom from the total dependency on the US economy.
Measures to reach and partner with
third-world countries market having several billion populations.
Ontario should be the best place for
both business and agriculture.
Health:
We believe prevention is better than
cure. Preventing disease and controlling the cause of disease should
be our priority.
Public education through schools and
media for a healthy living.
Reduce pollution.
Provide clean water, air, and food.
Discourage smoking.
Gradual removing of all agricultural
products other than organic.
Ban health hazardous chemicals used in
agricultural products and in canned food and bottled drinks.
Eat quality food.
Our health system and government policy
are more towards pro-pharmaceutical and chemical industries
(capitalistic and helping big profiteers). It should be changed to
pro-health and pro-people.
The super profiteers’ medicine
manufacturing companies are making sure that they would produce
medicine to “manage” the disease and not for the “cure” of
the disease. A patient has to use the medicine throughout his/her
life and increase the dosage over the period of time to “help”
the capitalists and capitalism. There is no “cure” of any disease
in the so-called modern medicine. This situation must change.
We support investment in research and
development for alternative medicines that may be more effective and
less expensive; eg, naturopathy, herbal, homeopathy, and others. Give
at least same chance to other ways of treatments to prove
beneficence.
Justice & Rights
Goal: A crime-free and peaceful
Ontario.
Justice is not just crime and
punishment. It includes the protection of life, property, dignity,
and places of worship of all religious faiths and non-faith.
Rights come with responsibility and
protection and wellbeing of all human beings.
Democratic and human rights of a person
in his individual life will be protected unless it transgresses the
rights of life, property, and dignity of others.
A strict law will be suggested to ban
blasphemy of any religious (all) symbols and personalities.
Environment:
God has created the universe and all
the objects in it to serve human beings, and human beings are created
to serve (obey) God.
Protect air, water, and farmland so
that they can serve human beings better.
Don’t waste, don’t pollute the
environment. Wasting a few drops of water even if you are sitting at
the brink of a river, or plucking a small leaf from a tree without
reason is not allowed in the Islamic way of life.
The rights of animals are to be
maintained. These include the right for wildlife to live in a
natural, unpolluted environment, and the right to be free from trophy
hunting and other “sports” hunting that exploit the animals for
vain reasons. Food animals have the right to be maintained in
natural, humane, and ethical conditions (Arabic tayyib) instead of
cruel factory farms. They have the right to be slaughtered in the
halal fashion, which causes less trauma to an animal than the massive
horror of cruel mass-slaughtering houses, and which causes an animal
to faint and then bleed out in a matter of seconds. All animals
–whether pets, wildlife, or food animals— have the right to live
without abuse and exploitation.
