Shaikh Ahmad Kutty issued a legal Ruling Permitting Female Face

Hijab in the sense of modest attire for woman that covers the whole body excluding face and hands is ordained by Allah in the Qur’an. This is the understanding of the Muslims from the time of the Companions (the first addressees of the Qur’an) down through the centuries. There is not a single scholar or mufassir (interpreter of the Qur’an) of the past that I know who has questioned this ordinance.

 Once it has been proven to be the order of Allah, no Muslim or Muslimah can reject it on the ground that I am an adult, and I can decide for myself. Allah says: “When Allah and His Messenger have decided on a matter that concerns them, it is not fitting for any believing man or woman to claim the freedom of choice in that matter: whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger is far astray.” (Qur’an: 33: 36). May Allah inspire us to see the truth as truth and follow it, and to see the error as error and shun it—aameen. Link

It is permissible for a woman to show her eyes. That is so that she will be able to see. But it is not permissible for men to look at the eyes of a woman. 

If the burqa’ [a kind of face veil] covers the entire face, leaving only the eyes uncovered, there is nothing wrong with that. But if it does not cover the entire face, rather it covers the mouth and leaves the rest of the face uncovered, that is not permissible,

The entire face must be covered, but the eyes may be left uncovered so that the woman can see where she is going. Link

Every bone that, before it is eaten, the person who ate it says
bismillah… So now if you want to benefit the jinn,
the Muslim jinn, your brothers, before you eat the meat and
there is a bone say bismillah. because they will not eat anything that does not
have bismillah on it. But because of the name of Allah when they go to
eat it, meat all over it again.

So you leave the bone, you say bismillah… Muslim jinn and the Kafr
does not eat whatever Allah’s name is mentioned on it. So the bone
that you leave and you did not mention Allah’s name on it, the jinn, Kafr jinn
the shaytan will eat it. But the Muslim jinn he will eat the one. When he picks
it up, a lot of meat on it and he eats it. 

Supernatural beings are fed in a unusual method

And the dung is the food of the animals of the jinn not their food.
And the dung is the provision for your animal.

If you do not want to harm the Muslim jinn, do not use them
to clean yourself after, doing number two or doing number one.
Because this is the food of your brothers from the jinn. So
now,,,, see the interaction with the unseen. When you eat meat, when you eat
meat, chicken, halal chicken, and then there is a bone inside, make sure that
you say bismillah and leave it for your brothers. And when you see a
bone like this, do not use it for such a thing [ass wipe].

We understand from this –  look at the discipline of a Muslim – that
you should not try to spoil the food of the jinn.

If you eat, eat with your right hand. If you drink, drink with your right
hand. Because Satan eats and drinks with his left.

Also they drink alcohol, the Shaitan. But the Muslim jinn they don’t. They
drink alcohol – the alcohol that we have, they drink it. –  the Satan does.
You can get Shaitan drunk, getting him high so he can think
really good for you.

Some supernatural beings do indulge in unlawful acts

Allah said in the Quran regarding the hoorlain in jannah.
The women in Jannah, what  did Allah say about them? They were not
touched. They did not have intercourse with inse or man.

Here is the question that we brought up. Do mankind or can mankind
marry from jinn? Let’s establish the views of the scholars
regarding the matter. First of all, there are scholars who did
not object to that at all – that the human can marry a jinn. Here is
another Hadith that actually can indicate that, when you come to have
intercourse with your wife, you should say what? Bismillah… that’s
when you’re about… what that means, if you don’t say it, the Shaitan is
going to be what? He will be there with you. Like eating. And the fact
that the Hadith spoke about the offspring. Now look at the
Hadith. You all know that Hadith right? I’m assuming that you know it. That’s
when you come to your wife, you want to have intercourse, you should say
bismillah. In the name of Allah, protect me from Satan and protect my
offspring from Satan. That means Satan can produce what?

How many children are the off spring of Satan

The lifespan of the jinn. There is no doubt that
jinn and Satan do die. Jinn and inns do die. But we have one
exception from the jinn – Ibliz Satan. Why? Because,
at the beginning of time when Allah disgraced him, rejected him from the
mercy…. Allow me to live until the day that they are resurrected. 

How long do they live? Allah knows best. But it sounds like, it sounds like
their lifespan is longer than the humans.

 Where do they live and they hang around? They also
dwell in our homes if we allow them. That’s why, before you enter, you should
say bismillah. You should recite Surah al-aqarah and ayat al-qursi. They
spread…. when the sun sets. They spread, they go out. When the sun
sets, around that time, bring your kids inside. Because this is the time when
the jinn spreads.

Magical incantation are a main aspect of this Islamic teaching

Also do not sit between the shade and the sun because
that’s their favorite place to sit. You understand that?  You have a shade
and the sun, don’t sit between those two. Sit under the shade or behind.

Do not pray in the places where camels sit. Because that is the
place where there is Satan. But the places where the sheep and the
goats are, where you have them, pray there.

Now when you go through as a believer, as a follower, of a mission and by the way this could apply to your individual life, by the way, doesn’t have to be on the community level. It can be on an individual level. Sometimes we face that. Some people are getting on us – giving us a hard time. They tell you when you go through what I described you end up developing three psychologies, three moods. Three trends which are very destructive to the cause.

What is the Cause, Mission that the Imam speaks of? Who are Muslims Killing for Vengeance?

It will affect you. Number one, Don’t give up. That’s the title I choose for this lecture. Don’t give up. Number two, giving in. Okay, I’m with you now I can’t handle the pressure. So, I’m with you. Here is the third one which you need to pay attention too. Being vengeful… I’ve got to get these guys. They are bad. Actually this is wrong too. When you’re weak you shouldn’t do it. A lot of people don’t understand what Musa said to the Israeli when he kept killing an Egyptian every day. What’s wrong with you? We are weak. Can’t you pay attention here? Musa said that to him. And when he said that to him he thought he was going to kill him too. During the time (of weakness) How are we supposed to be? (Gestures – Bows head in humility) May Allah forgive you brother.

When you’re weak you shouldn’t do it. Does that mean wait to kill and take vengeance when you are strong?

The scheming. They are not going to come to you straight forward. And that is the approach of evil always. Like Satan said to Adam ‘just see the tree. Do not eat from the tree is is forbidden. We are dealing with that scheming here. I read in some history how the the ABGT Groups in America managed to be accepted in our community in a 20 year’s time… We cannot inflict any harm upon them whatsoever. We cannot do that. That is a disclaimer before I even speak. That we are not inciting hate towards that particular group. No! I am trying to protect my children... Number one, brothers and sisters in Islam, the source of what is right, what is wrong is Allah. Not voting, not democracy, Allah tells me that intercourse has to be done within wedlock, in marriage between a man and a woman, that’s it… He is trying to tell you that the source of character, morality, the source of what is right and what is wrong, what is accepted and what is not accepted is Islam, is Allah. Assured us, asserted us that he created us male and female. There is no third. There is no other. I had an interview with a 25-year experienced teacher in the public school system, not a Muslim. I am not belittling her– she can choose whatever religion she wants. Not a Muslim. The amount of strategizing, the amount of scheming to confuse your children in the public school system about their gender. Here is the interesting piece – they associate this with Black Lives Matter. We know that there is some issue with treating the African American community in America. We have seen George Floyd. …. If your guy is going to push your agenda lets include that agenda too. So, part of the Black Lives Matter curriculum to spread good treatment of African American community is this – is to include the LGBT groups. If you are going to push this one, we have to be there because we are oppressed too… Emphasize the gender to you boys. Come on, man – you are a boy, man! What colour is this you are wearing? pink?…. Sports. Basketball is a good thing…. That is a good training, basketball, swimming, archery, horseback-riding. Do not teach them golfing. Teach them something that fits. Girls, teach them sewing. You’ve got to keep them busy

What is the punishment for homosexuality? Is there any differentiation between the one who does it and the one to whom it is done?

al-Tirmidhi (1456), Abu Dawood (4462) and Ibn Maajah (2561) narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas  said: The Messenger of Allaah  said: “Whoever you find doing the action of the people of Loot, execute the one who does it and the one to whom it is done.”. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi. 

The Sahaabah were unanimously agreed on the execution of homosexuals, but they differed as to how they were to be executed. Some of them were of the view that they should be burned with fire, which was the view of ‘Ali and also of Abu Bakr, as we shall see below. And some of them thought that they should be thrown down from a high place then have stones thrown at them. This was the view of Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him). 

The scholars differed as to whether it is to be punished more severely than zina, or whether the punishment for zina should be more severe, or whether the punishments should be the same. There are three points of view: 

Abu Bakr al-Siddeeq, ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib, Khaalid ibn al-Waleed, ‘Abd-Allaah ibn al-Zubayr, ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Abbaas, Maalik, Ishaaq ibn Raahawayh, Imam Ahmad according to the more sound of the two reports from him and al-Shaafa’i according to one of his opinions, were of the view that the punishment for homosexuality should be more severe than the punishment for zina, and the punishment is execution in all cases, whether the person is married or not.
